MEET JACKSON HUDSON

Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)

Jackson Hudson is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and the founder of Foundation Exercise Physiology.

Driven by a passion for helping people move better and live healthier lives, Jackson established Foundation Exercise Physiology to provide a more personalised, accessible approach to healthcare by delivering professional Exercise Physiology services directly within clients' homes and local communities across the Sunshine Coast.

Jackson has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including:
